Apple teases WWDC 2025 with new ‘Sleek peek’ as developer conference nears

Apple is building anticipation for its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2025, which kicks off next week, with a new teaser tagline and updated visuals. The opening keynote is scheduled for Monday, June 9, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
The company updated its WWDC page to feature a “Sleek peek” tagline, replacing the “On the horizon” phrase used previously. The accompanying graphic has also been refreshed to display a glass-like Apple logo with vibrant colors shining through, a departure from the earlier glass-like rainbow design.
This “Sleek peek” tagline is widely interpreted as a subtle hint at significant design changes coming to Apple’s operating systems. Rumors suggest that iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS 26, tvOS 26, and watchOS 26 will feature a new glass-like, visionOS-inspired aesthetic.
WWDC 2025 officially runs from June 9 through June 13. The keynote will be streamed live on Apple’s Events page, the Apple TV app, and YouTube, with on-demand replay available afterwards. Apple’s marketing chief, Greg Joswiak, further fueled the speculation by sharing a short animation featuring a glass-like Apple logo, a Swift logo (referencing Apple’s programming language), and a rainbow.
