PBB: CELEBRITY COLLAB EDITION

MANILA, Philippines – The duo of Brent Manalo and Mika Salamanca, known as BreKa, has officially secured the final spot in the “Big Four” of “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.” They triumphed over Dustin Yu and Bianca de Vera (DusBi) in the third and final Big Jump Challenge.

The decisive challenge tasked both duos with transferring plastic cups through a maze within a set time limit. The cups successfully moved then had to be stacked into the tallest possible tower. The task tested patience, endurance, and strategic thinking. Initially, DusBi attempted to move multiple cups, but later adjusted their strategy. Bianca adapted quickly to the maze, while Dustin developed techniques for carrying more than one cup. BreKa also eventually found ways to speed up their transfers. Midway through the challenge, Kuya introduced a twist, requiring the housemate moving the cups to wear a blindfold while being guided by their partner.

The intensity of the competition led to emotional moments for Bianca and Mika, who found it challenging to compete against each other after developing a close friendship in the house.

In the live episode on June 28, Kuya revealed that BreKa’s tower was taller, earning them the coveted final slot. They now join CharEs (Charlie Fleming and Esnyr Ranollo), RaWi (Ralph de Leon and Will Ashley), and AZVer (AZ Martinez and River Joseph) for the upcoming “Big Night.”

DusBi’s elimination meant they were the last housemates to be evicted this season, but they were met with a warm reception from fans upon their exit.

The episode also featured heartwarming visits for two of the remaining housemates. River received a surprise visit from his mother, Ida, similar to previous surprises for the CharEs and RaWi duos. The housemates “froze” mid-game as Mommy Ida entered, allowing River to have an emotional reunion after Kuya signaled them to unfreeze. He shared his plans to invite housemates to their home after the show, a welcome extended by his mother. AZ, River’s duo partner, also had a visit from her mother, Bing, who expressed pride in her daughter’s growth in the house. The housemates shared food brought by both mothers, and AZ had a private conversation with Mommy Bing, who commended her for remaining prayerful and strong.

The hosts announced that the “Big Night” will be held at the New Frontier Theater on Saturday, July 5, 2025. The voting period for the Big Four has commenced, reintroducing the BBS (Vote to Save) and BBE (Vote to Evict) system via the Maya app. The public can now cast votes for the duo they wish to save and the duo they wish to evict.

The winning duo will each take home PHP1 million. The Second Big Placers will receive PHP500,000 each, Third Big Placers PHP300,000 each, and Fourth Big Placers PHP200,000 each.
